GLOSSARY OF LYDRID AND LEAFKAT SPEAK
Due to the limitation of their muzzles and tongues in pronouncing human words, lydrids often drop the first letter of the first word in a sentence and substitute an ‘m.’ City lydrids have shorter muzzles, are more intelligent, and only converse in human speak. Leafkats speak a simple lydrid dialect.
